Please leave a comment for us below and let us know what you have tried that worked for you.  We want to help as many people as we possible to reach their goals, and it all begins and ends with your body and your health.  No one wants to be the richest person in the cemetery.
As we age, our metabolism slows down. In fact, it slows down by about 5% every decade of your life.
In your 20’s, your muscle and bone mass are at their peak.
In your 30’s, your mitochondria start to become less effective
In your 40’s, the decline continues as your oestrogen levels go into free fall, further slowing your metabolism and
causing belly fat.
So, hormones are a big factor, but so is the usual reduction in physical activity that typically comes with aging.
The result: you lose muscle mass, so you burn less fat.
Tip #5 – HIIT it hard
HIIT comes in many formats from Tabata to EIIT ( Extreme High Intensity Interval Training ), but it is all the same thing really.
You do a certain exercise for a period of high intensity ( Flat Out ) and then alternate it with a period of slow
intensity or active recovery.
Research has shown that even though you might burn fewer calories during the actual workout, you will burn more total calories because you will raise your metabolism and you continue to burn fat for as long as 24 hours after your workouts.
Tip #4 – Prioritize Post Workout Meal
After you train, your broken-down muscles soak up both protein and carbohydrates for recovery.
Starving your body after a workout is one of the most counterproductive things you can do to lose weight and burn fat.
You should eat both protein and complex carbs within half an hour after you train for maximum recovery and stimulation to your metabolism.
Tip #3 – Keep the carbohydrates low before bed
It’s about hormones. Your insulin sensitivity decreases at night, so your body has to release more insulin than usual to use any
carbohydrates you eat at night.
Higher insulin levels decrease the body’s fat-burning and enhance fat storage.
GH increases fat-burning.  It is also required to build lean tissue and strengthen the immune system. Simple carbs from sugary or starchy foods,  inhibit GH release.
Eat your last meal no later than 2 to 3 hours before bed.
Tip #2 – Avoid Alcohol
Alcohol stops your body from burning fat as your body views alcohol as toxic. Your liver burns fat and carbs for energy and helps your body get rid of alcohol.
Carb and fat metabolism stops when your liver is processing alcohol. That means, no fat burning.
It also stimulates your appetite, due to low blood sugar because your body is so busy breaking down alcohol, so it’s not releasing sugar into your blood.
When you have a hangover, you are far less likely to get up and go after your goals that day.
You are more likely to eat the foods that you have worked hard to avoiding.  If you are serious about weight loss and burning belly fat, keep away from alcohol.
Tip #1 – Control Stress
Cortisol is a stress hormone; it is the enemy of muscle and a friend of fat. It is essential to good health but when over produced it has 3 negative effects on your body.
1.  It causes the body to breakdown and convert muscle and connective tissue into Glucose.  This drives up blood sugars and insulin, making the body store fat.
2.  It interferes with proper Thyroid function, which severely inhibits metabolism and energy levels.
3.  It interferes with the hypothalamus pituitary axis inhibiting Growth Hormone release.
As we age, testosterone levels drop, Leaving us more susceptible to the over-production of Cortisol.
So, we must be vigilant in controlling Cortisol to stay in good physical condition.  Learning to manage our thinking and how we  respond to stress is one of the most effective ways of controlling cortisol, so it’s essential to understand if you want to live in a healthy body, and especially if you want your body
to burn fat 24 7.
Follow these five tips and you will be a fat burning machine in no time, because now you know how to burn fat 24 7.
